Sun&Stone House offers accommodation in nine special accommodation units classified into three categories:
Apartment A- up to 8 people
Four apartments on three levels, with four bedrooms each, located on the ground floor and third level, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen located on the middle level. These apartments each have two bathrooms and three balconies (of which two are equipped with patio furniture). The area of this type of accommodation is 84m2 and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Three bedrooms have double beds (160X200), and one has two single beds (90X200). Each room has a spacious wardrobe and dressing table.
Apartment C- up to 6 people
One apartment on three levels, with three bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one on the third level, and a living room, dining room, and kitchen located on the middle level. These apartments each have two bathrooms and three balconies (of which two are equipped with patio furniture). The area of this type of accommodation is 68m2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms have double beds (160X200), and one has two single beds (90X200). Each room has a spacious wardrobe and dressing table.
Apartment B- 1 to 4 people
Four apartments on two levels, with two bedrooms each located on the ground floor and a living room, dining room, and kitchen located on the top level. Apartments have one bathroom and two balconies (of which one is equipped with patio furniture). The area of this type of accommodation is 52m2 and can accommodate up to 4 guests. One bedroom has a double bed (160X200), and one has two single beds (90X200). Each room has a spacious wardrobe and dressing table.
- All accommodation units are fully equipped for the independent stay of guests.
- The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary dishes and have aspirators and refrigerators (three level apartments have two while two level apartments have one).
- The bathrooms have modern sanitary ware, shower cabins, and a hairdryer.
- The building has its own water tank, so there is no risk of running out of water, which can be a problem in tourist places in Greece.
- It also has solar panels that enable unlimited hot water at all times.
- All windows in the building have mosquito nets.
- Baby cots are available upon request.
- Cleaning is done daily, bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 5 days.
