A three-level maisonette. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and the top level, with the living room, dining area and kitchen between them, so everyone gets some peace. Three bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and one has two single beds (90x200). Two of the three terraces have outdoor furniture. With bedrooms on two levels, the apartment has two fridges.

Good to know before you book

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. Please let us know your rough arrival time in advance.

Minimum stay

Five nights. Stays of 21 nights or longer get a 5% discount.

Deposit

20% of the total, paid by bank transfer to an account in Serbia or Greece once we confirm. The balance is paid on arrival.

Cancellation

Cancel up to 45 days before arrival and the full deposit is refunded. For later cancellations the deposit is kept.

Early departure

If you leave early, 50% of the remaining amount is retained.

Children and pets

Children of all ages are welcome, and so are pets. No extra charges.
